I was at first a bit annoyed that I had to explain the same thing over to several different people although they had all said ok I've put a nite of that in your file. I do understand that the lenders are,sometimes the ones holding it up as no doubt they don't want to part with their money. We do our utmost to ensure that lenders adhere to the specific timescales but quite often this doesn't happen and this is out of our hands. The third that you refer to is our fee which we make clear to customers from the very outset of the process so that they can make an informed decision whether to use our services or handle the case themselves.
