They work hard for their clients....and whilst the commission is quite hefty, I guess it's money I didn't know I had in the first place. Only problem is when dealing with multiple claims , correspondence to and from can become confusing

One form to fill in and the rest done for me!

I was constantly kept updated with information of how my claim was proceeding. I have actioned a claim for PPI myself in the past, but on this occasion I just did not have the time. One form to fill in and the rest done for me! Brunel Franklin even offered me a discount on my claim fees which I thought was a very nice goodwill gesture. Great service Great employees some one always on the end of the phone and great communication. Well done guys!!!
