Meet the Team

  • Sally

    I became Managing Director of Brunel Franklin in May 2008, I am responsible for the day to day running of the company. I am a very ‘hands-on’ person and enjoy working alongside my team to ensure that every financial claim is as successful as it possibly can be.

    I started out as a Research Scientist,  retrained as a Chartered Accountant and specialised in Tax until moving to business management in 2000.  I am passionate about pursuing justice for the public from the financial institutions, who I believe have had too much of their own way for too long.

    I am married with a young family and understand the day to day pressures of modern family life.

  • Cheryl

    My Name is Cheryl and I am a member of the PPI Claims Team here at Brunel Franklin. My position involves assessing and processing cases for our clients.

    In my spare time I enjoy the gym, going to watch the odd Rugby Match and spending time with my gorgeous Daughter (oh and not to forget Shopping).

  • Simon

    My name is Simon Eden, I am responsible for developing and managing relationships with introducers here at Brunel Franklin.

    I have been with the company for just over a year and I really enjoy the banter and camaraderie we have. I am very passionate about my work and believe that every customer has a right to reclaim what is rightfully theirs.

    When I am not working, I like to spend quality time with my wife and 3 young children, doing dad things and washing baby bottles!

    Away from the family I enjoy watching football and the rare night out at the movies.

    I’m Elaine Faulkner. I joined Brunel Franklin as PPI Operations Manager responsible for overseeing the PPI arm of the business.

    I’ve spent many years (too many to mention!) in a legal and claims management environment.

    Away from work I like adding to, but also love removing from, my wine rack!

    I hate winter but love summer.

    My greatest achievement is definitely my daughter Jenna, who is currently studying at university.

    Hi, my name is Georgie Dwyer, I am resposible for Brunel Franklin’s Public Relations and Marketing.

    I have been involved in marketing at Brunel Franklin for over fours years. I enjoy the positive “can do” attitude in the office and am always seeking new opportuntities to improve our customer’s experience.

    I enjoy keeping fit, traveling, cooking and most of all socialising. I have recently grown my own herb garden and vegetable patch; due to this I am growing concerned increasingly that I may be getting old!!

    Hi my name’s Ben and I am the Customer Services Team Manager, specialising in card and bank charges. I’ve been working at Brunel Franklin for just over a year.

    My role here is to assist in the day to day operational running of the department; ensuring the Customer Service Team are well looked after and fully trained to answer all questions for our customers.

    Away from work I enjoy playing rugby, cooking and spending time with my beautiful family.

    My name is Natalie Esmonde, I’m the Claims Manager at Brunel Franklin and I’ve worked here for nearly 6 years.

    I ensure the Claims department is working efficiently so all of our customers are happy with our service and receive the maximum amount of compensation.

    My time outside work is spent with my very energetic one year old son; being a mum is fantastic and seeing him learn new things every day makes me so proud.

    I am Sue Smith and have been working for Brunel Franklin since 2005. My current role is to keep our customers/potential customers up to date with developments and issues in the financial services sector particularly PPI mis-selling.  I will shortly be extending my efforts to include social media so be on the look out for tweets on current PPI updates and the likes. 

    We are a hospitable team who strive to succeed and please our customers, our results are endlessly rewarding and I couldn’t ask to work in friendlier surroundings.

    A little bit about me….. I love the outdoors, running, horse riding, golf, travelling and generally keeping fit.  I recently returned from maternity leave and I’m now the proud mummy of a lovely little girl.

    Hi, my name is Greg Wilson, I have worked in the finance industry for over 15 years, initially as a financial adviser and then in a compliance role.

    I have been at Brunel Franklin for over 5 years and thoroughly enjoy tackling the Banks and financial institutions on a daily basis trying to secure our clients compensation for the wide spread mis-selling that has occurred.
